Create technical collateral for communication for all brands at SRAM. Collaborate within a global company, adapt to various communication styles and cultures, and utilize the corporate mission. Work with Subject Matter Experts, Product Development Teams, and Marketing to develop and publish technical materials for mechanical engineering products. Design and create layout, text, and images to produce high quality user manuals, service manuals, fitment specifications, quick start guides, instructional videos, and service call content. Work with translation vendor to receive quotes, approve files, and translate documentation into 14 languages.
